Robert Palley - Chicago Commercial Real Estate Executive
Robert Palley is a Chicago-based real estate developer and co-founder of Granite Realty Partners LLC, a company he co-founded in 1998. His responsibilities include identifying new investment opportunities and structuring the financial framework that supports large-scale real estate ventures. Leveraging his decades of experience in commercial property development, Robert Palley has overseen more than $1 billion in property acquisitions and development through the company. His leadership has contributed to Granite Realty’s sustained growth and diverse portfolio, which includes retail, office, and industrial assets.
Before co-founding Granite Realty, Robert Palley served as vice president at Jupiter Realty Corporation, where he directed the development of more than one million square feet of Class A retail space and led the acquisition of over 500,000 square feet of additional retail property. Earlier in his career, Mr. Palley held roles with the Levy Organization and Oliver T. Carr Company (now Carr America), gaining experience across diverse sectors of commercial real estate.
Robert Palley earned an MBA in finance and a BA in biology from Northwestern University. His professional recognition includes the Service Corps of Retired Executives Small Business Consulting Award. He has also served as a board member of the Community Chest of Oak Park/River Forest and is a member of the Chicago Board of Realtors.
